MARY METTLER
SALES
As an art student that makes a living in the print world, I feel fortunate to have worked in nearly every genre of print — from photographic to digital, short run to full web, and sheet fed to large format.
After working for large corporations and smaller family-run businesses, I found a good fit at Amidon Graphics. The people drew me in — super talented, hard-working, committed, and quick with a laugh. I’m calling this my “best last job”. So far, so good!
Being part of a huge clan from Mankato (1 of 68 cousins), I learned early on how to “play nice” while having a blast. It’s a good motto to live by.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been in the printing industry in some form or another for over 25 years. I have an AAS Degree in Graphic Design from Dakota County Technical College and Inver Hills Community College along with a BS in HR Management from St. Mary’s University.
Much of my print experience is in labels. I started in production rewinding and packaging, moved into billing, purchasing, estimating and finally customer service.
Outside of work, I am married with adult twin daughters. We have two dogs and two cats. I enjoy paddleboarding, fishing, running, traveling, camping and most new adventures.

NICOLAS NICOLZZZI
CONTROLLER / HUMAN RESOURCES
I grew up in Minnesota and have built my career across Nevada, Florida, and Colorado– holding diverse roles within the accounting function, spanning dealership finance, cabinet manufacturing, distilling and spirit production, heavy high-way and civil construction, and now the printing industry at Amidon Graphics. This broad industry experience has strengthened my expertise in financial operations, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership, and continues to shape the way I approach new challenges and opportunities.
I’m happiest outdoors—snowboarding in fresh powder, fishing quiet lakes, exploring new trails, or camping under open skies. I find joy in cooking, live music, hockey, and volunteering.

Phiwe Sithole
OFFICE MANAGER / ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
I began my journey in the United States as an au pair, embracing the challenge of adapting to a new culture while supporting families. From there, I transitioned into the printing industry, where I gained firsthand experience in manual labor and developed a
strong work ethic. Driven by curiosity and determination, I pursued opportunities to grow beyond the shop floor, eventually working my way into the field of accounting. What started as a challenge became a rewarding career path, allowing me to combine discipline, problem-solving, and attention to detail into meaningful contributions. My story reflects resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous growth.
